Welcome to Benglawin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Benglawin website (benglawin.ws) and all its services. By opening an account, placing bets, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Benglawin is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform designed specifically for Bangladeshi users. We believe that transparency and fairness are the foundation of a healthy betting environment.

Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one account on Benglawin. Multiple accounts registered under the same person's name constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions, and all associated accounts may be closed.

Account Registration Rules

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Your name, address, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate.
• Required documents for verification may need to be submitted.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
• Keeping your password confidential after registration is each member's own responsibility.

Account Verification (KYC)

Benglawin follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process in line with international standards. The following documents may be requested for identity verification prior to withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The minimum age to participate on Benglawin is 18. Our platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. We follow a rigorous age verification process to protect minors.

• Benglawin reserves the right to verify a member's age at registration and at any time thereafter.
• If a user is identified as a minor, their account and all associated funds will be confiscated.
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.
• Family members of Benglawin employees may not be eligible to participate in certain promotions.

Betting Terms

The following rules and terms apply to all betting activity on Benglawin, covering all bet types — pre-match, live, single, and multiple.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash out option applies).
• If odds change before a match begins, the updated odds will apply to any subsequent bets placed.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, Benglawin reserves the right to void it.
• A maximum bet limit per match per account will apply.

Odds Policy

All odds displayed on Benglawin are updated in real time and may change due to market movements, team conditions, or other factors. Bets will be settled at the odds shown at the time the bet was confirmed.

Match Rules

• Benglawin is not liable for disconnections or unplaced bets due to internet issues during live betting.
• The decisions of internationally recognised sports governing bodies are final in determining match results.
• Any attempt to manipulate betting or gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure.

Payment Policy

Benglawin supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Our goal is to make deposits and withdrawals as simple and fast as possible.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Benglawin reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposits pending review.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

Benglawin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which must be followed. General bonus terms are outlined below.

Wagering Requirements

A specified amount of betting must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 5x wagering requirement means you must bet five times the bonus amount.

• Each bonus has a specific validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Benglawin reserves the right to void bonuses if misuse is suspected.
• Special bonus terms may apply for VIP and High Roller members.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Data may be analysed to improve our services, but always on an anonymised basis.
• Information may be shared with government authorities in cases of legal liability.

Account Closure Policy

Both Benglawin and its members reserve the right to close an account. However, under certain circumstances, Benglawin may unilaterally suspend or terminate an account.

Reasons Benglawin May Close an Account

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Being identified as a minor.

If a Member Wishes to Close Their Own Account

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing your balance before closing. If you wish to close your account for responsible gambling reasons, we will provide full assistance.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint with Benglawin, we always believe in resolving matters through open dialogue. The process for submitting a complaint is outlined below.

• Please raise your complaint with our support team first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• If your issue remains unresolved, please submit a formal written complaint to our complaints department.
• Benglawin will provide a written response within 7 business days.
• If both parties are unsatisfied, an international arbitration process will be followed.
• In all disputes, the decision of Benglawin's licensing authority shall be considered final.

Policy on Changes to Terms

Benglawin reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. However, members will be notified prior to any significant changes.

• For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given via email or on the website.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
• The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the website.
